What is OutreachOS?
OutreachOS is an outreach workspace by Acadify Solution for organizing contacts, running email follow-up sequences, reviewing replies and tracking next actions.
How do I get access?
Sign in with the account provided by your workspace administrator. Public self-registration is not available on this page.
What happens when someone replies?
When a connected inbox detects a human reply, pending follow-ups for that conversation stop. Automatic replies and private warmup messages are handled separately. Inbox synchronization must be working.
Can I use more than one mailbox?
Yes. Connect SMTP for sending and IMAP for reply synchronization. Campaigns can use a mailbox pool while respecting configured limits.
Can I pause a campaign?
Yes. You control campaign state, sending windows and daily limits. Review cancelled or previously stopped contacts before restarting a sequence.
Are opens and deliverability guaranteed?
No. Mail privacy features and scanners affect engagement signals. DNS and content checks help identify configuration issues; they do not prove inbox placement or guarantee delivery.
What does AI assistance do?
When enabled by your administrator, AI can help prepare draft copy. Review suggested content and recipient details before approving it for the sending queue.
