## Product facts
- Access is provided by a workspace administrator; public self-registration is not offered on this page.
- SMTP sends mail; IMAP synchronization is required for connected-inbox reply detection.
- Detected human replies stop pending follow-ups. Automated replies and private warmup messages are handled separately.
- Sending windows, delays and mailbox limits are configurable.
- AI assistance prepares drafts when enabled. A person reviews content before approving it for the sending queue.
- Known scanners are filtered, but opens remain estimates. DNS checks do not guarantee inbox placement or delivery.
- The public preview contains fictional sample contacts and is not evidence of customer results.
